I Want to Have a Successful Career

So I am about to get offers from two companies (yes, I bagged the interviews 😊). But I am not sure if any of those companies are ready to give the salary package that I want. Meanwhile, my current company reissued my salary after appraisal review and as I expected they were sh*tty about it because it was less than what I deserved after toiling for them. I really hope the next employers won't do the same. 😣

Two alternatives (just saying..) might be

1. "Alternative Community" concept with home businesses already established (look up "FIC)

2. Worker owner and operated cooperatives (read Richard Woolf)

I am sorry the workplace is usually so abusive to most people, I gave up on it way back but I am lucky to be a geezer. Probably would have anyway.
