We (women) aren't equal in weight ( generally), muscle mass, stature (height), or in many other ways such as thinking ability, or education, workplace ability, or ....well, you get my drift. But before the law we are human beings just as men are, and our equality is a legal entitlement. There are lots of men who are more capable than others, so the style of our equality is nothing physical, it is something first to be defined as legal.
