I Think a Lot

Do you think Martin Luther King Jr. would be disappointed in how the black people turned out once they earned equality? In his time black people were definitely mistreated and had every right to protest and fight back, but now a lot of them have the victim mentality and think white people owe them something because of the way African Americans were treated in the past. They feel entitled and throughout life I've seen many blacks get away with stuff and granted special favors because white people know the black person will say, "It's because I'm black" when they encounter something they don't like. It's a phrase I've heard a lot. Honestly I think Martin Luther would be disappointed. He wanted equality not opposite racism and discrimination (black people hating white people and discriminating against them).

I think he would be more disappointed at what America has become.

@SW-User Yes very true. It has become an entitled, lazy place.

Tell that to the dead blacks shot by racist white cops then get back to me....

@Cloud7593 Bitch, you probably piss your pants every time you see a minority kid in the store.

@Cloud7593 I have no idea where you live, but I can tell you that you are very much mistaken.

@SW-User I live in the Southeast.

I honestly think MLK would be surprised and sad that racist white Americans still yearn for segregation and lynchings. People like you are still dressing up in white pointy hats aren't you?

@Mikemcneil Oh please I've had black friends.

@Cloud7593 and Jews too I bet. How about Hispanics?
NativeOregonian · 51-55
@Cloud7593 Bullshit, biggest racist excuse in the book.

There is so much wrong with this that I don't know where to start....

I don't think this poste is racist just not written with the average sw member in mind. You should read Shelby Steel's book. White Guilt: How Blacks and Whites Together Destroyed the Promise of the Civil Rights Era. He makes basicly the same argument, but with a little more dignity.

My, aren't you the ugly racist cunt, burning crosses and pictures of hitler get you wet?
