What do black people mean when they talk about white people's problems? They are probably just joking but I wonder what they mean by it. Does it mean they think most white people are petty?

It means a lot of white people are so privileged that they got white people problems.
Example: they ran out of pumpkin spice latte at starbucks
Christian white people problems:
Starbucks does not put merry christmas on their cup they put happy holidays...oh my god the world is ending.
