I Cook and Cook

i love to cook,as my tongue is never tired of some new tastes.I always look for something i had not tasted earlier
However, I can never repeat whatever i had done day before as my cooking is just haphazard mixes of whatever comes to my palate ..
Salad mixes are a favourite.
I have done a study of different spices and body dietry requirements for a healthy food diet.
