1. First love - is self love. This is the soil to grow love from, deep within.
2. We gaze on people, this gaze on, is desire. To have expectations on the gaze to be love is so misguided, it is in our perceptions we get confused, perception is clouded by our past.
Why long-term relationships don't last. Why? As each partner will trigger the others partners past insecurities from childhood. Each will trigger the other, that saying "are you upset for the reason you think you are" or a reminder of a similar hurt.
People for the most ADD to us, they can never fill an empty, needy person. We don't find love, we are love. We cover our internal love with judgments, with expectations, with fear.
Love who you are, then to be at home in you, as you is freedom to be.
To be at home in you.......is love being love.
