@Tobasco I can usually hide it well enough, but towards the end of the work day, it all started to get to me.

@Tobasco I put up a fake front for as long as I can,and try to focus on one thing to make the time pass.

If you I let the negative thoughts take control, then I'm in trouble.

Yesterday was just especially bad. I hope that was a one-off.
