Chocolate is truly among life's great pleasures. I've limited myself almost exclusively to buying ethical chocolate (Fair Trade and similar) for several years. Fortunately there is a growing variety of flavours available. I've been greatly enjoying "Green & Black's" organic dark chocolate with crystallized ginger pieces.
