could i get away with this on youtube

on my channel which ive had since 2013, i would like to upload a movie trailer that is 1 minute long from 1986, i have seen others on youtube upload movie trailers from the 80s and they seem to have had no problems and got away with it....so, i would like to do the same?


can i go ahead and upload this 1986 film trailer or do i risk getting a copyright strike? i'm only a small channel with 17 subscribers.
