I will add more if/ when I think of them, but here are some ways to make me completely lose interest in whatever you have to say on YouTube.
1: Spend more time begging me to subscribe to your channel than making your points.
2: Spend more time saying "I'm about to make an interesting point", or some similar phrase, than attempting to make your point.
3: Have 3 commercials during a 12 minute video.
4: In a 10 minute video, throw in a commercial before the people make their first point.
