The Rise of the Machines [I Have Thoughts]
Last thing i watched on the good tv today was a stimulating chase sequence in the 3rd Terminator movie. I shall finish that off tomorrow at the earliest, then 3 more Terminators that i don't have any idea about.
It's encouraging to know that for all these goodies there's many hours of bonus material to get to that will further neccesitate rewatches. It's all about mileage, PLUS the varying degrees of light or dark in the living room effects the experience, light means loud, dark means quiet, is a yin and yang equilibrium state that fate delivers naturally.
Before the chase scene tested out some of the Celine and Julie Go Boating supplements, so much to love there, like a 2 part doc directed by Claire Denis, and so on.
Earlier polished off Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation from the year 2015, and a Valentine Cowboy Bebop, and the magnificent Winter Sleep.
NOW instead of sleeping, i'll stream my lil heart out, if i don't stream often i should get rid of them and save a few bucks. I must prove to myself that streaming is good, such a wide variety of things i would never seek out on my own, right there at my fingertips, and lots that would just be too costly to get physically.
I pledge alliegance to physical media however, and if called upon would in a heartbeat renounce all ties to Netflix etc.
