How i see films etcetera [I Have Thoughts]
Picture a large mass, the size of say the earth.
With entertainment as a chisel, i sculpt something out of it.
It takes a lifetime to complete. Dedication, an iron will to never give up. Nerves of solid metal!!!
All sorts of films are necessary, but the most elegant and eye catching chisel strokes come from artistic films.
With each film, minisculely, i see the sculpture a bit more defined, i look back at pivotal moments (specific films and phases), and i marvel at the progress.
Tonight for example is a sloppy night, but something brilliant will come soon that could bring out the hidden genius out of piss poor flicks. Like that verse in Romans, all work together for the good.
