I Love Cooking For People I Love

It may come as no surprise to hear a woman saying she loves shopping, but I'm referring to food. I love the feeling of satisfaction it gives me to know my larder is stocked. Rice and grains, oils and vinegar. Flour and yeast, not forgetting the tea and coffee and then some.
But I wouldn't go as far as Nigella Lawson who apparently keeps a secret stash of pigs ears in her freezer that she deep fries. No, no, and no. Also no to the trendy pigs cheeks that seem to be on the menu in certain restaurants at the moment. I like prawn and chilli spaghetti. Chilli, root ginger and garlic are ingredients I have on hand all the time, along with sweet peppers, mushroom, tomatoes and onions in trying to eat a rainbow of food. As long as there is enough pasta it can stretch to feed a multitude.
