I Love Being Barefoot In Public

I love being barefoot more than anything. I hate shoes and socks so much that I walk barefoot in public with an IDGAF attitude. If you can’t handle that then you can wear those silly torture devises they call “shoes”

This is just great and exactly how I feel too. My feet are always bare and I simply do not care what anyone else thinks about that.

@Barefoot No I don't own any shoes or socks I got rid of them a while ago

@KatieJ You go girl! I got rid of mine too! 👣👣

@BarefootLeilani its amazing isn't? Getting up everyday and knowing you will be barefoot

I get a real buzz going barefoot in public, hard to explain but it's just very exciting knowing I'm barefoot.
Ross19 · 31-35, M
@BarefootLeilani well sadly society says I have to be shod at work in the office otherwise I'd not own any footwear
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
Yeah, most jobs are like that 😔. My last job was the same way. @Ross19

@BarefootLeilani I bet you are grateful now though 🙂

thats fantastic! Im barefoot all year round too, as are my chidren...I couldnt imagine even trying to force shoes onto my feet now ugh!
BarefootLeilani · 22-25, F
@steffybarefootmum I can’t either. I used to actually wear them all the time and I would almost always wear socks in the house. Boy have the tables turned

Going barefoot is a never-ending joy!

I do proper barefoot running and free hiking, and work out barefoot at the gym (you get better support for e.g. squats).

However in most public situations I'd still wear sandals or some other footwear...

Next week, I plan on going to an outdoor concert barefoot and tomorrow I may go to the race and field track after work and jog there barefoot for a while.

Step on a lit cigarette butt or into a puddle of crud that some bum just spat on the ground and tell me again how silly shoes are.

1. Going barefoot makes you much more aware of your surroundings, so that will rarely happen

2. You can wash your feet on the rare occasions in does happen.

3. Your body gets contaminated easier when you touch those with your hands, because they touch things more often. Including your face. Don’t believe me? Just go on barefoot is legal.

Also, this is my opinion. Let’s agree to disagree while being civil. @xixgun

Cool. I even workout at the gym barefoot. My feet are strong, tough, callused, and can handle any surface. @Milkky
