I Am Depressed

I lived in a dark trench at the bottom of the ocean for too many years. Cold, crushing, suffocating. Words around me seemed as deep as mud puddles, nothing helped.

But I've been out of depression for more than ten years. There is life beyond it. Believe in that, even if you can't reach it yet.

I think it's fine to splash your sadness and depression all over this website. Vent all you like. However, you really can't do anything to anyone. If someone is brought down by reading you, it's their choice. You're giving them something to look at in themselves with your words. You're not responsible for how anyone responds or reacts, and you're not scaring anyone. You're also not responsible for fixing anyone, so don't worry about it.

You are so young and have such an exciting life awaiting you. All you have to do is open the doors that the universe provides to you and dare to head down a new path to see if it agrees with your wishes and dreams and desires..
