I Love Wearing Shorts In The Winter

It is the third winter that I am always in shorts at home. There is no central heating in my flat, so the temperature is just a few degree C higher than the air temperature. It's a pity that where I live is never cold enough, and my legs do not feel anything too special even in winter.
