I Love the Ocean

This place gives me the most sense of inner peace.

I sit in the sand and soak up the sun.. I swim in the waves and allow the energy of the water to flow through me.

It’s magical for me. The combination of sun, sand and water.

It’s my happy place always ... I love the ocean

The ocean and the beaches were my favorite place for all of my life...until about 15 years ago when I started having nightmares about being near the ocean and then developed a phobia of the beach.

@Fernie Ethan Allen was a hero of the American Revolution, leader of the Green Mountain Boys, general in the Battle of Ft. Ticondaroga and other battles, founder of the state of Vermont. His background was not as a frontiersman; he was an educated farmer.

Same with me. I always look forward to my summers near the ocean... salt water on my skin and hair ... swimming makes you feel “one” with the water...
