I Don't Know What to Do Anymore

I really don't know what to do anymore I've worked hard to get where I am now but it all feels in vain I don't have any family that cares about me I have no friends I'm stuck in the same place in life feels like I'm going in circles just need a change of pace for once hopefully things will start to get better

Young as you are, you will feel stuck and hopeless but remember time is on your side. If you can't do anything? Just keep doing the effort and build a reputation. Planing and waiting for it for two three years shouldn't be issue for you. Don't rush and panic. Also don't forget to enjoy your life too.
