You can't block someone on accident your were blocked because they decided to block you for whatever they're reason was that I dont know but it must have been something you said apparently that they didnt agree with.

Ive been blocked out of the blue for seemingly no particular reason or at least I couldn’t think of why it happened but I know that it didn’t happen by accident because you have to go to the persons profile and hit the block button so there’s no way it’s ever on accident.
