I Love the Freedom of This Website

I took a break from SW for a while. Not on purpose, there was no melodramatic "I'm leaving!" moment. I just made time for other things and wasn't compelled to come back to SW.

But yesterday I had some time and space and decided to check on myself here. Sure there were hundreds of notifications, but only a handful directed at me. There were no messages, though. That was surprising. And a little disappointing I must say.

I found two things when I got back. First, the good. SpiritOfSoul and all her wonderful pictures. I went through two pages of posts before I got pretty girl overload. I missed her excellent taste in choosing photos.

Second, I saw I lost a friend and treasured correspondent. GlamGirl left. I'm sorry I didn't get to wish her well and if she ever returns here in another guise I hope we meet again. She was beautiful and classy and fun to chat with. I miss her.
