I get a kick out of grammar Nazis who make grammatical mistakes...

when critiquing another person's grammar. :)

I dont quite get a kick out of it but it annoys me because those Nazis often underestimate or offend other's intelligence. Yesterday i was talking to a friend that only learned to speak English at the age 25. He told me horror stories about how people were judging him for making grammar and spelling mistakes . He is an Computer Engineer and came first out of 6000 people that took a very complex test in his industry. That is a clear indication of how smart he is but yet people critique him all the time for his grammar mistakes . Nazis is the correct name for them because they are as ignorant and insensitive as Hitler.

@CheerfullyCurious yeah. When will people learn the difference between educated and intelligent.

That was me when I first started being on social sites. I couldn't understand why some grammar was so bad. Never occurred to me that English wasn't their first language. I felt pretty small about that. :/ @CheerfullyCurious
i love how they have no opinion on the subject matter... but gosh darn it... they can spell good 馃檮

That's karma at work. When I see someone being very judgmental I occasionally like to drop this line from Horace, Satires. Quid rides? Mutato nomine de te fabula narratur. It means, Why do you laugh? Change but the name and the story is about yourself.
Nat15F
@DanielChristensen That is a good response! Latin much? :)

The three dots do not belong there your pausing a , that belongs there @Nat15
Nat15F
@SW-User I used the ellipsis (three dots) there to show that the sentence continued because not all of it would fit in the form box. Actually, there should be no punctuation there at all.

It annoys the hell out of me when people correct others spelling and grammar here.
