how many hours a day do your high school classes take?

just classes... not including extra curricular.

i really feel like education here in the Philippines is just little to much when it comes to time spent in classes. since the moment i set foot in a school, my classes would just at least last for about 8 hours... now i'm in my senior year and classes every single day lasts for at least 9 hours. i really want to join clubs or orgs but i just don't think there would still be enough time for me to spare... is this even right?
