Is there a disorder for being emotionally insensitive or is this considered normal?

Asperger's syndrome. I've worked with such people. You couldn't beat emotion out of them.

Strangely enough though if a random person helps you out, chances are they have an autism spectrum disorder.
I don't think it's normal.. it's cold.. but I wouldn't know what the proper scientific term for such lack of sentiments would be
