why would someone adopt a child from abroad ???

One big reason is that the laws in other countries don't ever allow a birth parent to change their mind and take the baby or child back. Here in the states, it happens often enough to be very scary. It's a risk many don't want to take. Also, if you're willing to adopt from abroad, your chances of getting a child are higher than if you only choose stateside adoption.

Well its easier for one the addoption process is a real bitch most give up before its all said n done
