I’m about to have a phone interview any advice ?

I really don’t wanna be nervous for it

I conduct phone interviews as part of my job and can vouch for the following😊
Breathe
Remember the interviewer is just a person, talk to them like you would talk to any other professional colleague
Ask questions, seriously. Go in with a couple and make note of anything they ask or say that you want more clarification on.
If it’s a job interview take a minute to look up the company before the call and be familiar with the job description.

Focus your attention on listening to the other person. It gets you out of your own head.
Someone once told me that instead of treating a phone interview like the actual interview, treat it like you are telling an old friend how the interview went. If that makes sense.

I found that in an odd way, it really does help with nerves.

When I'm anxious on the phone I do something with my hands, like twirl a string from my shorts around my finger, weird example I know but it helps me to focus. It helps release that nervous energy I guess. Also take a some deep breaths before and practice your answers to questions you think might come up so you can have an idea of what you might say in your head already. These are things I'd do/done, good luck!

A phone interview's much better than a Skype interview.
Write down a few questions you think they might ask and always have one ready for them because they usually ask if you 'have any questions' at the end of your interview.
Take deep breaths....before, not during, like CP says and Good Luck! 🙂

Don't Breathe too heavy
