I am having trouble choosing a major

They say just choose what you are passionate about but I am only passionate about music, it's my thing, it's what I am good at and where I can work better.
My college doesn't offer any majors in music.
I am thinking of majoring in Psychology, do you think I'll be able to do it?
What advice can you give me?
