last company i ran we dumped all profits back into the company thinking we were being diligent. but then the economy blew all to hell and our business was whacked! so even though the company ran for like 6 years we didn't a penny. the cliche is pay yourselfs first this time around 10% of every dime made, ridht off the top, goes to partners!

Accidentally dropping my cell phone, last January, when I was rushing to get into a cab. It was almost immediately stolen. :( I don't know if you would call that a "mistake" exactly, but it was definitely a big oops.
