After I graduate in a couple of months should I come back in the fall to start my Master's?

Get some experience in the real world. I will guarantee you that if you take a job in manufacturing you might think a little different about the value of the education you got.

I speak from experience here not speculation. Decide if you want to go back after you have experienced and applied.

Up to you and what your personal goals are. Will it further you? Do you need more education? Will it get you to where you want to be? Can you afford it both financially and emotionally? Lol

If you can afford it, it's probably a good idea.
