Do you know any educational forums for materials engineering?

I have a question, but I don't know where to ask...😶

Try Social Engineering. We will need Social Engineers in a few years when the de-Trumpification of the US begins. We'll also need grief councilors and Wealth-Redistributors

@TrashCat well that's too late. I'm already in college. I have a question about my lessons.

I assume you googled it? My son is a materials scientist, but that's mostly Physics and I know he participates in the Physics section of Stackexchange
This looks plausible:

@Mamapolo2016 thanks.
@WonderfulOne TheURL goes to material engineering specifically
If you can find a copy: Kemps Engineers Yearbook. Four volumes, I think. I know Amazon knock them out. That's mechanical engineering.

Would sites of universities help?

@WonderfulOne
I don’t know of forums in particular but I do have a link to Purdue which is the “Mechanical” land grant university in Indiana and is known worldwide for its engineering schools.

@Pfuzylogic thanks.

@WonderfulOne
The help it provides is that Purdue is one of the leading engineering universities. I am sure they have forums but I couldn’t tell you the link.

As in manufacturing engineering?
WonderfulOne · 22-25, F
@SW-User well I have a question about thermodynamics, so I guess anybody with the similar knowledge could help.

@WonderfulOne Purdue has online programs.. I couldn’t speak to if they have forums
WonderfulOne · 22-25, F
@SW-User yeah someone said that already. Thx btw.

Quora sometimes has some interesting threads on STEM related fields
https://stackexchange.com/ probably has a forum for you
