isn't is funny how people who go dumpster diving call the stuff they find goodies?, i know there is a saying one mans trash is another mans treasure but they dont literally mean trash. I think its disgusting to go dumpster diving but I have acquaintances who know people who actually go dumpster diving, and its mostly for food. that is the grossesed thing people would admit doing.

I've known people who do this, I respect their views, there IS a lot of wasting around us but I personally do not have the stomach for it.

@Girlyfriendcollecting I once invited these two hippy chicks to have supper at my place and they asked me if they should bring some food and that they could go dumpster dive for it. I had to say that the food I had at home was about to go bad and really needed to be eaten now so no other food was necessary 😂

@Peaceful I get why thoes people do it, I don't get why people like me would do it, I have enough money to survive without eating trash. I am also thinking of the most extreme cheapskates, I love saving money I am really frugal but I would not do anything disgusting or life threatening to do it.

@Girlyfriendcollecting I mean I guess it depends where you live. I know in NYC there is really great finds and the packages are sealed. I'm not saying I would do it either, unless it became necessary...but I've watched shows about it.

If your homeless and starving ,and supermarkets throw tons of food away everyday,yes thats a goody for them. you need to find some empathy instead looking down your nose at the unfortunate people have no choice .🤨

I read an article about it once. There was a couple who were able to get all of their groceries, clean and unopened sometimes, by dumpster diving.
