Was every nihilist philosopher yet unhappy with it?

With nihilism what you have is essentially viewing of the "game of life" as devoid of a value structure. It's like you're playing Mario kart, then realizing that it doesn't really matter whether you win, it's just a video game. You might as well drive aimlessly around.
