Okay, my answer in context of your program would be something in the lines of:

I maintain familial homeostasis by making sure there is always a healthy cohesion between me and my family. When a family member's birthday arises, I will motivate them by writing authentic and kind words in my birthday cards to them so that they remember that I care about them.
Whenever my family members are having personal issues, I stand by them and I discuss issues with them to come to a series of possible solutions. I will try to solve any quarrels or disputes in a diplomatic manner.
