Why Capitalise Every Word?

Sometimes when reading comments I notice that some people capitalise the first letter of every word in a sentence. The Result Is That Everything They Write Looks Like This. I can understand people not using capital letters at all, because they can't be bothered to use proper grammar, but it's actually harder and takes longer to capitialise the first letter of every word. Why do people do it?

@tenente Well, yes. That would be similar to not bothering to capitalise anything, but as I said, Doing This Takes Longer And Is More Work.

@MrSimons we aren't all you....it may seem like more work to YOU but not to them. You are obviously criticizing...mind your own beeswax

@Fernie I am just curious about it, but I'll criticise things if I want to:).
