Can you work out this numeracy question?

@reflectingmonkey I was doing a practice question and I put down 70 but the answer is 72 and I don't get how they got that answer.

@summerlove yes,there is a third way to look at it that gives 71.89. THE 3 WAYS 1: simply deduce 91-21=70 because since you aready dealing in % deducing 3 might be a just that and not necessarily 3% of the mark. 2: if it is 3% of the mark then that mark changes everyday that goes by so 91x97%=n1 n1x97%=n2 n2x97%-n3 and so forth= 73.5 3:3%x7=21% 21%x91=n1 91-n1=71.89

Rounded = 72%

Calculate the faculty's average monthly expenses over the 11 months.

well I see 2 equivalent way to do this. 583-484=99 99 devided by 11=9 9+484=493 or 484x10=4840 4840+583=5423 5423 devide by 11 =493
