President Trump wants free, fair and reciprocal trade. What exactly is that and can it be achieved?

@SimplyTracie when country x is allowed to import 10 billion dollars worth of something to country y but country y is only allowed to import 5 billion dollars worth of something into country x...close enough is shrinking the difference to a point where it's beneficial to both countries

@SimplyTracie that is the negotiating part. countries don't want to have trade deficits so they want as much trade parity as is possible. You don't want to flood another countries economy with product they don't need, that's not smart trade.

@FreeSpirit1 I agree with close to zero deficits but we want what they have but it’s not reciprocal
