Do you know anyone who's bipolar? If so, what are they like?

SW-User
I am acquainted with a bipolar woman. She seems like she is always on edge, doesn't know which way she will fall or what will set her off. Antisocial, prone to outbursts.

I've only had a few instances of contact with her though, other than this she seems very nice.

My aunt is emotionally unpredictable and she sometimes gets very paranoid. Like, "I can't leave the house because they want to kill me" paranoid. Sometimes I worry that I've inherited a predisposition to mood disorders from my mom's side.

@SW-User Crazy, because I believe my mother to be the same. I also worry about the same thing.

A lot of retards claim to be bipolar for attention or because they're plain depressed and want to feel all special about it

My cousin. He broke his gf arm, beat up his sister, crashed multiple cars, and fights with his mom. It's tough.

@dark548 A good reason to see the doctor on a regular basis and to stay on the meds.. especially when the phrase " I feel good I don't need the pills anymore" comes to mind
Sometimes I feel bipolar. Im perfectly fine one minute the next im triggered and get angry. Ive been really angry and depressed lately. I hope to see the light at the end of this dark dark tunnel.
I've only known one person whom is diagnosed bi polar and their mood swings VERY fast from quiet and shy to violent. Almost no impulse control.

Not bipolar but I have severe mood swings. It might not be anything compared to BPD but it's enough to put me off. 😔

Yes....nutty
My youngest sister, and to a lesser degree, me. It manifests itself with me more in occasional depression. My sister still has manic episodes.
