How I wish I had known this when I was young and had my life ahead of me! How I wish I had looked for the right qualities in a man and listened to my gut feelings when it screamed at me to run! But I was soon convinced by an "artful dodger' that the fault was mine and took seven years of abuse as the result.Now life is behind me and there is nothing I can do to change the past no matter how much wisdom I have acquired.At least I hope my knowledge will prevent other naïve young women making the same mistake,if only they will listen because I didn't when friends tried to warn me.I wish to share that video because I did meet such a man but did not have the values nor the knowledge then to see all the happiness that was just waiting for me and that I turned my back on.
