I Think Technology Isolates Us More Than It Connects Us

The speed of technology slows down the human brain. The bottom line with technology has always been to usher in and facilitate a surveillance state which can control a thumbed down population of conformity drones. A naive populace who are content to exist in a state of tyranny and slavery. People today rather exist in a hypnotic state of illusion rather than live within a true reality. A reality where there is always a sacrifice and price to be paid for genuine liberty and freedom. Liberty and freedom which for never one second can ever be taken for granted.

A liberty and freedom which requires individual responsibility and critical thinking. The new generation of group "thinkers" are all too willing to embrace convenience, even if it means giving up their privacy. Being willfully ignorant and spiritually blind has consequences.....

Just watched a program on this subject and how our brains are overly stimulated by the use of electronics and constant interaction via cell phones/social media. Over stimulation causes stress and anxiety and other things. Some become addicted to the attention/hearts/likes.

It's really not a natural state for our minds and bodies to be in.

Living in the real world more as we were meant to, would highly benefit us all, me first. 馃檪

And yet I have been spending my time reading Life magazines from the 40's, all thanks to the wonders of technology.

This is true, not many admit or even realize.

@Adreamer87: When you become wise enough to know technology uses you, abuses your freeedom and your God given right to be an individual you might change your mind.
