Yea ,I hate its cheaper to heat my home then it is to keep it cool
my friends who complained about our mild winters ,,I just laugh at them
"God I hate this heat ,its to hot to do anything except stay in the AC "
And I have to mess with them
"You can bundle up for the cold ,layers "
"But how much can you take off when its over 100
Looks like the springs ,,where its cold is the only place you will be happy today "
Remember that come winter and your posting how bad you hate the cold
We live in Florida ,,we can dress for the cold
and I can get cool when its hot
But I hate giving so much money to the power company to do it
Willy has a new Album and a new Movie ,,God bless him

@skmokisses My kids were like that ,or should I say were like that .
I moved back to Florida from the mountains of North Carolina
My favorite spot to spend my day was at a water fall ,or a cool cave
so the water is cold yr round and the caves are always the same temp too
I was dying in Florida heat ,,I had to go to the springs everyday
Then I got a central air that could keep my home at 70 on a 100 degree day
They had to wear footies and sweats ,,
They can put on more clothes ,when I am in shorts and sweating
and I have a bad back so I am not as active as they are
But now all of my kids have changed ,they are all like me
They prefer the cold to the heat ,,their Mom is still cold all the time
its a good thing we are not together anymore ,she would hate it in my house
I keep it about 70 ,at night I have to cut the thermostat back or it will get colder .I just can't take the heat anymore
And I was an engineer on boats ,yachts and ship ,Locomotives
the engines I worked on are always at 140 -180 ,,so I can take dry heat

@Fungirlmmm Between last month and this one month mine went up $100 😳 Love having a pool, but dang during the summer it’s expensive! Trying to cool the house and run the dang pump 🤯
