I Need Advice On My Relationship

So recently, more guys than usual have been looking at or talking to my girlfriend and I'm finding myself being more jealous and protective. We're in college and one of my greatest fears is that she'll be assaulted. That would shatter me. Am I thinking irrationally? Any advice?
