I Don't Like Mondays

The only thing worse than getting up and ready for work on a Monday, is getting a "Work Is Cancelled" call as you're putting on your 2nd shoe.

Rain sucks for an ironworker.

Anyway, now I'm showered and dressed..., wide awake..., with absolutely nothing to do but sit and watch the news.

I suppose I could clean the turtle tank. But, even that would need to wait until other people wake up.

I had trouble falling asleep, then I woke up at 5 and couldn’t go back to sleep. I’ll be running on 5 hours with a cold today, and would be perfectly ok with getting that text anytime before I walk out the door. But, I work in an office, so no rain days for me. 😢

Im always awake when everyone is sleeping. By the time everyone gets up I dont feel like doing anything. Oh well! 🤷‍♀️
