A classical interlude

Normally I play blues and boogie-woogie, with an occasional popular song. But I decided I needed a change and I’m learning to play a Chopin waltz. It’s going slowly since I’m not a great musician, but I can’t wait to be able to play it properly, from memory, and just enjoy the music. Honestly, it will be a few months. But I’m nothing if not patient, and I’ll get there.

Oooh lovely! That should be fun to learn.
I miss playing sometimes.

[@1173,Magenta] I was happy to find that my favorite one is not impossibly difficult.

I hope you share a recording once you master it.

[@6912,Pinkstarburst] I’m probably too much of a perfectionist. Maybe a few bars....
