Hey guys just a quick update for anyone that knows my story I saw my diet
ician today and bad news I lost more weight 2 kilos this time so am changing feed it is really depressingh cuz I'm doing everything asked of me but noth9ig is working I really need to gain weight for my surgery

I don’t know your story but send you healing energy & love. I hope you feel stronger for your surgery soon. Have you tried buildup drinks? We used them in our care home for residents that needed to gain weight ✨
