I Am Stronger Because of All I've Been Through
[image]Overcoming obstacles, illusions, grief and heavy trippin' had been a strenuous work. Growth is cyclical and I know that you never really arrive. And I know grief can catch you off guard. I also know nothing is certain.
I think of the places that I made myself go, to be intimate with love & usery, light & darkness, confusion & clarity. I got through those portals the scrappy way, laughing really hard or crying silently in bed. Leaving it all unfinished. Building anew. Daily praying. At this point in my life, I may not be happy always, but there is joy in my heart.
I learned to look at life from both sides. With that, came a deeper understanding that, in life, there will always be better or worse, richer or poorer, than the angular/narrow view of one's self and life.
