I Think Being Barefoot Is The Best Way To Be

Just saw the most adorable little girl padding around the local supermarket in a summer dress and BARE FEET! She clearly had no shoes with her and her mother didn't seem to mind that she was gradually getting blacker and blacker soles. (May have followed them a bit). Almost made me take of my sandals! Such cuteness and inspiration. 😊

I'm always barefoot in the grocery stores (and many others) when it's not freezing cold. I've seen a few more kids and youth going barefoot this summer, but nothing like it was when we were kids.

@SoftServe They usually don't mind too much if it's younger kids, but yes they would have liability problems if there were broken glass, wet floors to slip on, or other issues that could cause injury. That is the main reason for that rule.
