Is this normal ? [I Marriage]

My wife just had our first baby a couple days ago she's on disabilities so she got her vaccine that morning too. Also she took pills before she went to get it so her arm wouldn't hurt that much or make her feel sick her brother told her to do that now she regrets doing it. Last couple days since she got it she's been having a little bit of a fever she said she doesn't feel like she has one but the thermometer is showing it. She's a little worried. How can I help her feel better ? Is it normal for her to feel this way ?

Consult a doctor. To the extent I know, it's normal for body to react in this way, seems vaccine is working.

"It is normal to have certain reactions after a vaccination: There may be redness, swelling or pain around the injection site. Fatigue, fever, headache and aching limbs are also not uncommon in the first three days after vaccination. These normal vaccine reactions are usually mild and subside after a few days."
