who is at fault in this car accident scenario?

your driving on the left down a UK main road and are going to pull up just after a junction, you have youre indicator on.... a car is waiting to pull out and turn right, just as you reach the junction it pulls out infront of you and you crash into the side of it, cuz you were actually going to pull up infront of a house imediatley after the junction you were never going to turn into the junction..... some stupid fuck just wrecked my fooking car.... ugh it was obviously his fault he pulled out infront of me
