@samueltyler2: I do have a temperature limit to my morning runs, but it is well below 28°. If it's not snowing, I'll run down to about 15° ... if it is snowing then like 20-25° is the limit. And if it's raining, 35° will keep me in. Freezing rain is the worst.
@sarabee1995: you are young and I guess your body makes much more energy than mine. Tell me what you esr at 28 degrees. Please don't tell me a racing top and running shorts!
