New book from Congressman coming out. This is what he said:

'My main job is to keep my job, to get
reelected. It takes precedence over
everything,' an anonymous member of
Congress writes in a new book
'Voters are incredibly ignorant and know little
about our form of government and how it
works,' he writes
'It's far easier than you think to manipulate a
nation of naive, self-absorbed sheep who
crave instant gratification'
One liberal news blogger claims the author is
a Democrat
'The Confessions of Congressman X' will be
released May 24 by a small Minnesota-based
'vanity press' publisher

First of all I'm doing the most important thing.
That is informing people like yourself.
It starts with self. I left the city 11 years ago with family. Purchased land, built a house with my own two hands, installed solar system, well, and numerous greenhouses. No bills. Except for fuel, cell, insurance. The basics. Rent for a year(property tax) is $71.00. My lifestyle is an example to others that living free is about taking responsibility for yourself and not living as a slave to a system that only views you as a resource and cash cow.
The voting in the United States is an illusion. Look back. say, 50 years. What has changed for the better? A trillion in debt for student loans alone. Thousands of young men and women killed in wars. Including my sister. And for what? I talk to people. I feed people from my own produce and hunting. It cost them nothing. I build homes with the help of a few other guys for FREE. We built a home for a woman last summer with her Unemployment Checks! An 800 sq ft home. Solar and artesian well water. Land and house paid for. I try to inform people that there is another way to live without the daily struggle. How many people do you know that are aware they can own land the size of an average city block for $5,000? Yet, I have children who pay mortgages and rent PER MONTH that would pay my property tax for 15 to 20 years. I do have a son who gets it. He dropped out of high school. Learned some trades. Works for himself. Owns 18 acres of land, and will be building his first house this summer. He"s not 20yrs old yet. I do my best for all.

@RenaissanceMan I would love to learn more from you. I've been working since 16. Already I feel like retiring. Nothing more than a worker to the supervisors, boss, corporate, nothing to them. I'm in school now but sometimes i ask myself " what for"? So I can go work for someone and not be granted time off when im sick, hurt or have to take care of family when I get one?.
@iamnikki I'll be glad to explain some things to you if it will help you.
I was too. And then angry. And then started doing things about it.

I am afraid that would leave me more disillusioned than I already am :(
