Presidential Elections (The Illusion Of Choice)
Subsumedpat · 36-40, M
That is a complete falsehood, not that the people behind the scenes don't control who we get to choose from but that this illusion is enabled by the big guys with the money behind the scene. This apparent illusion is enabled by the disinterest of the average american voter. They don't truly understand the issues nor do they bother to get involved in politics. Donald Trump is a prime example of how the masses can easily turn the good old boy system on its head. We have choice but are for the most part either too stupid to wield it or too lazy to learn.

That sounded a little angry, well I guess I am, angry at the electorate not you.
Is it a coincidence that all presidents are related except for Van Buren. Voters just happen to pick them. BS.
Voting is collectivism. It is what keeps people separate on the planet. But, now I get 50 choices for Miss America! Two choices to represent the entire population! BS.
Both parties want group supremacy. both want to control the wealth of the other. both want to diminish the property rights of the individual etc.
Where does your vote count? You're not even on the BOARD of the United States Corporation!!!!
U.S. Code Title 28, Part 6, Chapter 176, Subchapter A, Section 3002, (15a). The United States defines ITSELF as a Federal Corporation.
How do you think regulations, statutes, taxes, and fees are created to steal your money? The voting system is a fraud. It is reality tv. For entertainment. The illusion of choice. Prove to me your on the board! You actually believe the United States is a COUNTRY or Land Mass?
Study the law sir, read some briefs from the Supreme Court. Educate yourself.
As George Carlin once said "The American Dream, you have to be asleep to believe it"

Few Americans know or care what people and nations around the world think of the election in the US, but they effect us ALL.

A bad President or series of them can make decisions that can change the course of world history or its present economy.

The last 8 years have been an international disaster!

@Silverwings,

In this case the reason for Trumps popularity is the fact that this time the lazy Republicans will get off their bum, turn off the TV, and vote.

Hopefully they will then outvote the teat suckers, who will ALWAYS vote Democrat.

I think they will. Trump could not possibly be worse than Hussein Obama.

The point was not that Donald Trump will win but that none of the candidates running against him in the primary backed by the party elite power structure could beat him. It is proof positive that we have the control not people behind the scene.

It is the teat suckers that tip the balance in elections. Promise the most free stuff and you get elected
I do not want to play.
We will agree that we disagree.
Donald Trump will not make it too office though.
Start with Federal Law. After some time you will see the big picture, and be Very Pissed.
Hey, I attended private school and was brainwashed there too.
Speaking of presidents, how many people know there were six presidents Before Washington? The Office had a different title, but they executed the office of president.

Ok, I will play, who picked Donald Trump and which president is he related to? You have more than two choices. There were 17 choices in the Republican primary and 6 major candidates in the democratic party. You and everyone else who votes could have backed any one of those 23 candidates, your logic is flawed.

none taken
